Returns
We always want you to be satisfied with your purchase at Hello Sunshine Boutique. If you receive an item and you are unhappy with it for any reason or it does not fit, you have 7 days to contact us to let us know. The item must be unworn, with tags still attached to be returned. The buyer will pay shipping cost to return the item to us and a store credit or exchange will be issued within 5 days of it being received by Hello Sunshine Boutique.
Please note the following:
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Purchases made between November 15th and December 24th will be eligible for returns/exchanges/store credits until January 15th. This allows you to shop for gifts with an extra peace of mind!
Damaged, worn or washed items are non-returnable.
All sales on CLEARANCE items are FINAL and not subject to the return policy.

All returns must be mailed back to P.O. Box 301, Ashland City, TN 37015 within 14 days of receiving the return authorization number. Please include the RA number inside the package to help us process your return.
We encourage you to obtain tracking information on any returns as we are not responsible for return packages lost during transit.
