I've already been up meal prepping for the week and decided I should probably go ahead and share with you guys what I've got on the menu!!!
Sunday: meatloaf with mashed potatoes, green beans, corn, and slaw
Monday: Farm fresh sausage and eggs, sliced tomatoes, air fryer potatoes, and gravy
Tuesday: Chicken Fajita Salad
Wednesday: Pork chops with green beans and potatoes, slaw, sliced tomatoes, and corn
Thursday: Cauliflower Crust pizza with broccoli salad
Friday: Date night
Saturday: chicken parm with edamame pasta and broccoli or salad
At some point we will have grilled zucchini too, but not sure what night or if I will just add it in for a snack for us. I have a huge one to use up!
Lunch: Cauliflower rice Venison taco bowl
Breakfast: Apple Pie or Chocolate Covered Cherry Shakeology
Mid morning snack: egg spinach casserole
Afternoon/Other Snacks: Raw veggies with tuna
